As every person’s requirements are unique, please furnish us with as much important information as possible.

As stock changes daily, Items quoted on are subject to availability. Prices will remain valid for a period of 30 days. Quotations shall give a comprehensive description of the items, clearly indicating name, model, make etc. Discounted prices can be negotiated on quantities, please contact us. Our products and the affordability to you are very important to us, so please could you send us feedback on our quotations! Items may differ from picture on website and quotation.


A Pro-forma Invoice will be sent through to you on your acceptance of our quotation. Your order and Invoice will only be processed when proof of payment is received. A deposit of 50% will be required on custom manufactured orders.


All payments are due upon receipt of Pro-forma Invoice. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. Good’s will only be dispatched once Bank clearance confirmation has been received.

Only cash and EFT Payments will be accepted and Paypal is available for foreign currency payments.


Ultralife Healthcare is able to arrange deliveries throughout South Africa and it neighbouring countries. We have negotiated competitive delivery rates with various transport companies to bring you the best possible rates with quality service. These prices can either be added to your Invoice or be paid directly to the Transporter. Often the carrier is only responsible for ‘tailgate deliveries’. This means drivers are only required to bring merchandise to the tailgate of their vehicle. It is the customer’s responsibility to move merchandise inside. If you do not have facilities or personnel to unload truck delivered items, please advise us so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Incomplete or Damaged Orders

Upon receipt of your order please inspect and count packages. Have the delivery person note and sign for shortages or damages on all copies of the delivery receipt. Do not refuse the delivery unless visible damage appears extensive. Should there be damage or shortages, immediately call Ultralife Healthcare office or representative. Retain containers and packaging materials. Do not return the merchandise. We will assist you in arranging an inspection and filing a claim with the carrier.


We are dedicated to your satisfaction and are committed to offering outstanding customer service; therefore every effort will be made by the Ultra Life Healthcare sales team to insure that the product delivered is exactly what you ordered. If we make a mistake, we will rectify the order at our cost. However, requests for returns due to customer error will only be accepted for 7 days after delivery date. All returns, regardless of the return reason are subject to a handling/restocking fee of up to 25% of the item price. Returns are subject to inspection to determine condition of merchandise prior to refunds being made. Credit will not be given for items damaged due to improper packaging or freight damage. Freight charges associated with the returned merchandise from the original order will not be credited. Freight for returned merchandise must be prepaid freight.
